FFTB Space Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of FFTB Space at fftb.space. By using the site, creating an account, or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FFTB Space.

2. What FFTB Space provides

FFTB Space is a community platform for the Cronos ecosystem. It presents token information, market charts, NFT content, cross-chain tools, and community resources. Information is provided for general informational purposes and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Accounts and wallets

You are responsible for your account, devices, connected wallets, recovery phrases, private keys, and all actions you approve. FFTB Space will never ask you to send a private key or recovery phrase. You must provide accurate information and must not access another person's account or wallet without permission.

4. Third-party services and public networks

Wallets, public networks, market-data sources, shops, and other linked services are operated by independent third parties. Their terms, fees, availability, and privacy practices apply separately. Transactions submitted to a public network may be irreversible, delayed, or unsuccessful, and FFTB Space cannot alter public blockchain records.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FFTB Space to:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• mislead, impersonate, harass, exploit, or defraud others;
• interfere with the site, bypass security controls, or introduce malicious code; or
• automate abusive requests or use the service in a way that harms other users.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain the site, or respond to misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

You use FFTB Space and any connected third-party service at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without warranties, and FFTB Space is not responsible for losses caused by market movements, user-approved transactions, compromised devices or wallets, public networks, or independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
